Outlier Pinot Noir 2016

Outlier Pinot Noir Red Wine 2016 is a blend of 50% Martini and 50% 667 clones, was cold-soaked for five days before the start of fermentation, and was aged in a combination of one and two-year-old French oak barrels. Outlier Pinot Noir has a bright ruby color with floral and spicy aromas married with vanilla and cranberry. The wine's silky mouthfeel and the perfect balance of bright cherry fruit and toasty oak make for a pleasingly smooth, lingering finish. It has bottled at 13.5% alcohol by volume. Great on its own and will compliment mushroom risotto, lobster bisque, simple pork preparations, and prime rib. Enjoy!
